Remember those who gave their lives in the line of duty, as well as the victims and families. On that day, ordinary people became heroes, and heroes became ordinary people. "We will never forget." ...God bless America.

I love Adobe Photoshop |
Welcome to the official Michael "Emo" Parks website. I know it's nothing fancy, but I'll try and make it as informative and interesting as possible. (Best of all, it's free!) Here you'll learn about the things that I'm interested in, my work and my hobbies. So look around as much as you want, but beware of developing any dependencies. Hope you enjoy.
There are two things that keep me busy. First, I am a courier for Federal Express. I've been with them since March of 1989 and can honestly say I love my job. It keeps me in good shape and I get to drive one of those cool trucks around. Second, I am a bass player and singer. (I hear you guitar players laughing but face it, if it weren't for guys like me, you'd all sound like that "White Stripes" band.) Whether it's blues, alternative or metal, I love being on stage making music. Both of these take up most of my time, but I'm doing what I love and can't complain.

Also, I just finished recording bass tracks on a project at Smith/Lee studios here in St. Louis for a guy named Steve Vincent. Steve plays guitar, electric banjo, fiddle, drums...and he's a great singer, too. I'll have more on that cd as soon as production on it is finished.
